Victoria University implements ResearchMaster Enterprise 7
The Research Services and Graduate Research team at Victoria University have successfully implemented a major upgrade of ResearchMaster Enterprise latest iteration RME7.
With the assistance of ResearchMaster’s post implementation service, the University successfully upgraded multiple offices, adhering to strict timelines. The upgrade sees significant change and major improvements for the University’s research management administration.
Elizabeth Smith, Manager of the Graduate Research Admissions & Candidature observed that as a visual learner, the initial training proved challenging to engage with. In response, ResearchMaster implemented a series of hands-on workshops with HDR Product Advisor Pauline Opie. “These sessions were really great… they provided the visual explanation needed to understand the system and gave us a lot of confidence”.
Lee Byrne-Elms, the Graduate Research Candidate Co-ordinator agreed, “RME7 is intuitive and user friendly and the ResearchMaster staff are very knowledgeable and professional.” An added benefit is the ResearchMaster HDR User Group. “It’s such a supportive group and we all benefit in hearing from each other how everyone has managed their upgrades to RME7, not to mention other things we have in common.”
