Coinciding with the launch of our new helpdesk system HelpMaster Pro, the new support email rmesupport@researchmaster.com.au is now operational.
During the transition period (May – June) emails to info@researchmaster.com.au will be forwarded to rmesupport and all current cases logged with the Fogbugz system will be transferred to HelpMaster Pro.
